PARTY LIKE IT'S 2018

Out with the old in with the new. What's going to be your top five New Year resolutions?  As you continue to think about yours I'll give you some examples just to help you get started.

1.  Stop stressing about loosing weight. We all know that at the holidays we over-eat. For some reason we can't Stop hoose which dessert we want, so we just sample all of them. 

Clean out the leftovers and the next time you go to the grocery store only focus on healthy foods. Don't bring unhealthy Foods into the house and you won't be tempted to eat them.

2. Say yes often. Sometimes just saying yes can allow you to reduce stress. Say Yes to the Dress, yes to dinner out of your kitchen, yes to taking a day off and say yes to relaxing. 

3. Deal with your own truth. Avoid all the petty arguments that you may have with your friends or family members. It's okay to stop and look in the mirror and deal with your own shit. No one is perfect. Its time to get real with the real you. 

4. Spice up your sex life. Sex is a Hugh stress relief. I know we all have busy lives but please take the time to pleasure yourself. Take control or relax Depending on your personality.  Sex games are fun. Remember role play? It can be fun give it a try. 

5. Give out hugs and compliments

Happiness is linked to giving out hugs when you are angry. Giving someone a kiss or telling them you love them when you're feeling frustrated or angry can reduce your stress and change your mood.
