ok, you over worked and stressed out mother's. Let the distressing begin. Today you are using Mindfulness skills. 1. Stop and breath 2. find something you love to smell, taste, watch, feel and or hear. 3. practice. This is using all your 5 sense's God gave you, ladies.
For me its the beach, I love the beach. I use beach lotions and candle's. I also love the holidays. SO Apple spice or pumpkin spice anything always take's me away for a moment.
